Here at Thomasville Toyota, we try to make everything as simple as possible; however, sometimes there is an occasional problem. This section is designed to help you have the absolute best online experience possible.

The above picture represents something close to what you will see when you enter the camera site. You will already be seeing a live video feed with very minimal, (if any) delay. On the 2 showroom cameras however, you can gain complete control by clicking the button beside "Control". This will then give you access to the "Camera control box" as highlighted by the green box. Once you have the control box on your screen, you can control the camera's movements by moving the white dot around within the control box. Please note that to due to the overwhelming response we have been receiving on the live camera feeds, that we must limit your personal control time to 2 minutes per session.  If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to call us and ask.

If you are having problems viewing the cameras, chances are we can probably fix that fairly easy. Make sure you have done the following:

1. Do you have administrative rights to the computer you are on? If you do not, you will need to login under a different user name that will allow you to install Active-x files.

2. Are you using Internet Explorer? Our website was designed for Internet explorer, and although it may work on other browsers, we do not fully support them.

3. Did you notice the information bar at the top of the screen when you logged in to view the cameras? You need to be sure to install that Active-x control.
